What You've Probably Already Tried & Why This Is Different
A lot of people I work with have already tried “the usuals.” And while those options might help on the surface, they often leave deeper needs unmet. Some common solutions:
One-size-fits-all therapy
People feel rushed, overly analyzed, or like they’re “just another case.” There’s little space for real connection or personal nuance ,especially for those dealing with layered identity, culture, or trauma shifts.
Self-help overload
They’ve read the books, followed the pages, tried the affirmations but still feel stuck. Why? Because information isn’t transformation. Most people are craving presence, not more productivity.
“Tough love” coaching
Some approaches come off as harsh or overly performance-driven. This can feel invalidating, especially for people in fragile or in-between seasons of life.
Pretending they’re okay
Perhaps the most common solution of all: masking. Smiling through pain. Functioning but disconnected. This “keep it moving” approach is emotionally exhausting and, over time, unsustainable.
Re-identification offers what these don’t: softness, space, and soul-level reconnection.
It doesn’t fix you,it helps you find you.
The Re-identification Journey: A 6-Step Path to Wholeness
01. The Uncovering
"I can't keep doing life like this."
She comes in feeling tired, confused, and emotionally foggy. This step is about slowing down enough to hear herself. You receive a gentle intake session, grounding tools, and compassionate listening to help you begin naming what you're feeling without shame.
Outcome: Awareness begins. A soft mirror is held up. You exhale for the first time in a while.
02. The Remembering
"There's a version of me I've buried."
Together, we explore your values, identity layers, family roles, emotional wounds, and quiet dreams. This is where journaling, reflection, and deeper sessions begin to reconnect you to who you really are underneath survival.
Outcome: You start seeing patterns. Your story starts making sense. Your identity feels less like a question and more like a conversation.
03. The Releasing
"I'm carrying pain that no longer belongs to me."
This is often emotional. You begin to release guilt, shame, trauma narratives, people-pleasing, and old beliefs about worthiness. I gently guide you through letting go using CBT techniques, grounding exercises, and even silence where needed.
Outcome: Emotional weight lifts. Tears come, but they feel freeing, not drowning.
04. The Re-rooting
"I get to choose how I show up now."
This is where you reclaim power. I introduce new tools, boundaries, emotional language, and self-trust rituals. You begin practicing your new voice in safe spaces,it feels foreign but right.
Outcome: Confidence returns. Decisions feel more aligned. You're no longer reacting, you're responding.
05. The Re-imagining
"What kind of life do I want now?"
With clarity and healing, you can now look forward. This is where I help you design a life rooted in your identity, not roles, trauma, or comparison. You might begin dreaming again. You give yourself permission to shift careers, leave toxic dynamics, or rest deeply.
Outcome: A renewed sense of purpose. Hope replaces heaviness. You're moving toward life, not just away from pain.
06. The Integration
"I'm not going back to who I was.I'm becoming who I am."
You leave with sustainable tools: journaling, boundaries, self-regulation, and new language. You're not "done",you're equipped. You know how to find yourself again if life shakes you.
Outcome: Ongoing wholeness. You feel grounded. Safe inside yourself. Capable of holding space for your own growth.

Why This Work Is Different
I don't offer perfection,I honor the process
This isn’t about achieving some ideal version of yourself. It’s about coming home to who you already are, beneath the layers of survival and adaptation.
I blend psychology, soul, and real-life practicality
My approach combines evidence-based therapeutic techniques with intuitive understanding and practical tools you can use in everyday life.
I live what I teach. This work is personal, not just professional
Every tool I offer, every framework I share, has been tested in the crucible of my own transformation. I understand the terrain because I’ve walked it.
You're not a project,you're a person
I’ll always meet you with compassion, never with an agenda to “fix” or change you. You set the pace, you choose the depth, you determine what healing looks like for you.
This is a bridge, not a destination
My role is to walk with you during the crossing—from “Who have I become?” to “I remember who I am.” Some journeys are short, others take longer. All are honored.
